Award Description

Each symposium was asked to nominate a student-authored paper for the award. The nominated papers were reviewed and rated by the Technical Program Chairs as well as other members of the conference organizing committee. The 3 papers with the highest average rating were then selected to receive the student paper awards, after ensuring that there was no conflict of interest with any of the symposium or conference organizers. There is no differentiation between 1st, 2nd or 3rd place; all awardees are given the same award.
